Initialisation

Ce serveur a probablement été initialisé par la commande NlmPubMedExplorCorpus avec le script suivant :

          -q "choir[Title/Abstract]" -s 2000    \

Installation

Installation des données sur LorExplor, initialisation

Dans tous les cas, sur le site LorExplor, le serveur sera installé sur le répertoire :

$WICRI_ROOT/Sante/explor/SanteChorale.storage

Le protocole d'initialisation est donc le suivant :

mkdir $WICRI_ROOT/Sante/explor/SanteChorale.storage

cd $WICRI_ROOT/Sante/explor/SanteChorale.storage

Génération à partir d'une machine locale

A l'issue de la commande NlmPubMedExplorCorpus.

Sur la machine locale

 tar -cvf SanteChoraleV4.tar SanteChoraleV4
 gzip SanteChoraleV4.tar

 scp SanteChoraleV4.tar.gz $ISTEX_SCP:$WICRI_TARGET_ROOT/Sante/explor/SanteChorale.storage

Sur la machine LorExplor

cd $WICRI_ROOT/Sante/explor/SanteChorale.storage

gunzip SanteChoraleV4.tar.gz
tar -xvf SanteChoraleV4.tar
gzip SanteChoraleV4.tar

Sur la machine LorExplor
