Installation

Installation des données sur LorExplor, initialisation

Dans tous les cas, sur le site LorExplor, le serveur sera installé sur le répertoire :

$WICRI_ROOT/Bois/explor/PlantPathoEff.storage

Le protocole d'initialisation est donc le suivant :

Génération à partir d'une machine locale

A l'issue de la commande NlmPubMedExplorCorpus.

Sur la machine locale

 tar -cvf PlantPathoEffV1.tar PlantPathoEffV1
 gzip PlantPathoEffV1.tar

 scp PlantPathoEffV1.tar.gz $ISTEX_SCP:$WICRI_TARGET_ROOT/Bois/explor/PlantPathoEff.storage
