L'examen postmortem montre qu'il y a une nette différence entre la localisation des haptiques lors de l'examen et la localisation désirée par la chirurgie (sac capsulaire ou sillon ciliaire). Cependant, la plupart de ces cas sont un succès sur le plan clinique
