Abstract

Abstract: The implant dentist faces a plethora of biomaterials with which to become familiar, in order to properly restore the partially or completely edentulous patient. Included in these biomaterials are bone graft (BG) materials, occlusive membranes that can aid in bone augmentation, and a wide variety of implant devices that affix prosthetic teeth.
