Abstract
Summary: Chemical analysis is discussed in connection with four fatal chloroquine poisonings. Identification and quantitation of the poison extracted from the organs was performed by thin-layer chromatography, ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopy. This paper is to present detailed data on distribution of the poison in various organs.
Znsammenfassung: Tödliche, suicidale Chloroquinvergiftungen. An Hand von vier beobachteten, tödlichen Chloroquinvergiftungen wird die chemisch-toxikologische Analyse des Stoffes diskutiert. Die Identifizierung und quantitative Bestimmung des aus Organen extrahierten Giftstoffes geschieht mit Dünnschichtchromatographie, Ultraviolett- und Infrarotspektroskopie. Die Arbeit bringt detaillierte Angaben über die Verteilung des Giftstoffes in verschiedenen Organen.
