Abstract

New tcehnies to determine European armillarias: immunology and polyaerylamide gel electrophoese. Using the method ELISA, A. mella and A. obsenra have been characterised without recourse to the purilication of antigens specifies to each species. Unidimensional electrophoretic analysis of rhizomorphic and frutbody extraction showed for both organs specific profilex for species bulbosa.
