The Conventionon Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution (CLRTAP) is an international agreement to protect human health and the natural environment from air pollution by control and reduction of air pollution, including long-range transboundary air pollution.

Objective	To deal with problems of air pollution on a broad regional basis and to sets up an institutional framework bringing together research and policy.
