Setting up geographical items

This page is dedicated to presenting the conventions and initial pages required to build up a geographic navigation.
It is designed for geographic (regional) and thematic wikis.

Previous operations
On a thematic wiki, please create an "Actors" page, as the Biomass actors' page on the Biomass wiki.
Then create a template Template:Geographical access, which will be the root for geographic pages.
