Abstract
The 26th Annual Experimental Psychology Conference (EPC99) was conducted by the Department of Psychology at Macquarie University on April 9th‐11th and was attended by 140 registered delegates, including 60 full members and 23 student members of the Society. EPC99 was held at Macquarie University and the delegates were officially welcomed by the Head of Department, Professor Peter Wenderoth. The scientific program consisted of 115 oral presentations organised into four (9th and 10th April) and three (11th April) parallel sessions. In addition, six posters were presented in the poster sessions conducted on April 10th. Oral and poster presentations included contributions from institutions in Australia as well as New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. Presentations covered a wide range of basic and applied experimental psychology research including cognition, learning, perception, neuroscience, clinical psychology, developmental psychology, and human factoRS.
