Abstract
The temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity q of R2Co7B3 (R = Tb, Er and Tm) inter-metallic compounds has been determined by a four-probe measuring technique in the temperature range 4.2 to 300 K. These compounds crystallize in a hexagonal Ce2Co7B3-type structure and have the space group P6/mmm. The resistivity at low temperatures shows a T2 dependence, implying the electron-spin wave scattering is dominant in this temperature range.
