Abstract

Als Kontrastmittel mit deutlich gesteigerter Empfindlichkeit erweist sich das supramolekulare Addukt aus einer diamagnetischen Komponente mit vielen austauschbaren Protonen (Poly‐L‐arginin) und einem paramagnetischen Verschiebungsreagens ([Tm(Hdotp)]4−): Die Differenz der chemischen Verschiebungen zweier Ensembles austauschender Protonen wird vergrößert. So kann durch gezieltes Einstrahlen mit der Frequenz der Guanidinprotonen des Polymers ein effizienter Sättigungstransfer erzielt werden (siehe Diagramm).
