Abstract

The drying method influenced the activity and selectivity of the mixed calcium-nickel orthophosphate Ca2.73Ni0.26(PO4)2 catalyst in the dehydrogenation of 2-propanol. Nigher activities were obtained for samples dried, at room temperature, and calcined under vacuum compared with samples dried in the oven and calcined in air. This higher activity was observed at lower calcination temperature
