Abstract
Abstract: The recent advances toward mobility enhanced services and infrastructures require new conceptual solutions for the underlying management plane. This paper investigates an extension to the standard management framework based on a new access control mechanism. We propose a policy based approach for an agent side access control. We integrate the policy specifications and management information (MIB) within the recently proposed Structure of Management Information Version framework.
