Abstract
Informational subcontracting is the more than more current, for some territorial intelligence devices, competitive intelligence consulting companies or more generally when an informational problem solving specialists like a watcher proposes his know-how to decision-makers. But, this activities makes, notably, the problem of the adequacy between decision-maker informational ask and it of the specialist that he was asking for. In this paper, we talk about this problem with the point of view of interpersonal communication. We try to solve the sub-problem of expression principle identification to realize to have an information retrieval problem has a good expression and also is being a good understanding by these two persons.
