Abstract
Dans cet article, nous proposons un modèle structuré et compact, à base de RdP colorés stochastiques bien formés SCWN. Il permet, d’une part, l’évaluation des performances d’un système de production (temps de fabrication global, taux de fabrication, etc.) et, d’autre part, la conduite des moyens de production. Les conflits d’accès aux différentes ressources partagées (fabrication, transport et stockage), sont gérés par un algorithme de recherche heuristique qui évalue et calcule la meilleure opération à réaliser selon un critère donné.
The stochastic coloured well-formed nets « SCWN’s » are based on two underlying model. The first one is the well formed coloured nets witch provide both a concise and a structured representation and are well adapted for representing big systems composed of sets of components with a common behaviour. The second consists in the stochastic timed petri nets, witch have the ability to deal with combinations of arbitrary distribution and are adapted for representing systems with time constraints. In this paper, we propose a structured model based on SCWFN’s witch is used to solve conflicts about shared resources, by applying heuristic search methods to evaluate tasks in conflicts in a flexible manufacturing cell.
