Abstract
With the emergence of service management, TMN-based Information Models become more important since the data they exhibit are shared between the service provider, the operator and the customer. In this paper, we present our lattest results in extending the Information Models with behaviour description and relationship support using the General Relationship Model so that they can be both validated in an early stage of their design and used in a more efficient way by applications.
