Abstract
This report concerns the evaluation of the MINERVA Project to introduce information and communication technologies in primary and secondary schools in Portugal and undertake research on their uses for learning. The evaluation was conducted by a group of independent experts who were nominated by the OECD in consultation with the Portuguese authorities.
