in 4 cases we preferred anterior chamber implants with flexible haptic: average postoperative visual acuity was 0.74 in the group with intact posterior capsule and 0.45 in the group with posterior capsule ruptures; average postoperative visual acuity was 2 lines higher in the group with posterior capsule ruptures without vitreous loss as compared with the group with posterior capsule ruptures and vitreous loss;
