Signification de ce réseau traditionnel de sécurité : examen de son fonctionnement, nature des solutions apportées à ce problème, questions sur son caractère durable. Exemple du district Manya Krobo, le plus touché du pays. Des tensions existent, mais on n'assiste pas à la faillite du système. Il convient de nuancer les scénarios qui vont dans ce sens. La vulnérabilité de la zone s'explique par le chômage et la migration, la pauvreté économique et la marginalisation socio-culturelle
