Abstract
La enfermedad de Parkinson no es frecuente que aparezca antes de la edad de 40 aos (5 de los pacientes). Aportamos un caso de gestacin en una paciente de 33 aos,portadora de una enfermedad de Parkinson. La paciente era tratada con levodopa asociada con benzerazida. No observamos ningn efecto adverso sobre la gestacin y el feto. Se detect un agravamiento moderado de los sntomas de la enfermedad de Parkinson. Se ha realizado una revisin de la bibliografa.

We report a case of pregnancy in a 33-year old woman with Parkinsons disease. The patient was treated by levodopa associate with benze-razid. No effect was observed on the pregnancy and the fetus. Only the symptoms were moderately worsened. Aportamos un caso de gestacin en una paciente de 33 aos,portadora de una enfermedad de Parkinson. La paciente era tratada con levodopa asociada con benzerazida. No observamos ningn efecto adverso sobre la gestacin y el feto. Se detect un agravamiento moderado de los sntomas de la enfermedad de Parkinson. Se ha realizado una revisin de la bibliografa.</abstract><abstract lang="en">Parkinsons disease begins before the age of 40 in only 5% of patients. We report a case of pregnancy in a 33-year old woman with Parkinsons disease. The patient was treated by levodopa associate with benze-razid. No effect was observed on the pregnancy and the fetus. Only the symptoms were moderately worsened.
