Abstract
The purpose of a brain bank is to collect specimens in order to investigate human brain and pathologies of the central nervous system. The organization of the brain bank in Paris, devoted to the study of Parkinson's disease, is described, with it's evolutions with years, to respond to the exigencies of the new neurochemical methodologies.
