Abstract

With the progress of air transport (which includes the strong diminution of stopovers) and the in-crease of globalization in the nineties, the world has entered into an era of hypermobility. Suppor-ters of a nomadic planet, disdainful of those who remained tied to a certain territorial identity even enjoying the world, were delighted with it. Indeed, the right to mobility intensified by low-cost en-terprises in the 2000’s show some benefices for countries who knew how to value its touristic and economic advantages
