Abstract

Natural, technological, and pandemic disasters seem to blindly affect a given population. But they ultimately end up in a discriminatory way: some groups are more vulnerable, have more victims, and / or are less resilient. Humanitarian actors try to adapt prevention and support to the specificities of each vulnerable group, sometimes at the risk of perpetuating stereotypical representations.
