Abstract

The covid-19 crisis is a health, economic, environmental, social, but also territorial challenge. In his speech of 13 April 2020, President Macron declared that he wanted to rebuild a strong and independent economy in the financial, agricultural, health, industrial and technological fields. With this in mind, he concluded: "Let us, in this moment, get off the beaten track, get off the ideologies, reinvent ourselves - and me first. Now, "reinventing" after Covid-19 also means "reinventing" spatial planning.
