Supporting Information Video 1. Clinical long‐term follow‐up for 28 months. Segment 1 (0:00): complete clinical picture of opsoclonus‐myoclonus syndrome (OMS) before initiating corticosteroid therapy. The patient is not able to stand or walk as a result of marked generalized myoclonus. Segment 2 (0:24): Four weeks later, after treatment with corticosteroids. Opsoclonus has improved and myoclonus has markedly decreased. The patient is able to stand with assistance. Segment 3 (0:49): Six months after onset of symptoms. The patient has recovered from OMS and walks fluently without help. At this time, antineoplastic treatment was not yet initiated. The carcinoma was removed 1 week later. Segment 4 (1:10): Long‐term follow‐up 28 months after symptom onset. Symptoms are remittent without any relapse.
