Patient shows severe bradykinesia and rigidity of both arms and legs, along with dystonic posturing of both feet. He is unable to arise from a chair without help. Segment 2. On awakening in the morning (7:00 a.m.), this patient shows mild bradykinesia without rigidity or tremor, and his gait was normal. The patient did not take any medication. Segment 3. This video clip was recorded in the evening (8:15 p.m.). Although the patient did not take any medication, his severe parkinsonian features dramatically improved after 10 minutes of rest.</caption>
