Résumé: La modification sélective d'une séquence de bases dans un acide nucléique peut être réalisée à l'aide d'oligonucléotides complémentaires portant un groupement chimique réactif à leur extrémité. Différentes possibilités sont décrites brièvement.
Summary: Selective modification of nucleic acid base sequences can be achieved by complementary oligonucleotides carrying reactive groups. Different types of reactive groups are briefly presented.
