<p id="P1">Several primary immunodeficiencies (PID) have recently been described which confer elevated risk of fungal infections as well as non-infectious cutaneous manifestations. In addition, immunological advances have provided new insights into our understanding of the pathophysiology of fungal infections in established PID. We reviewed PID that present with an eczematous dermatitis in Part I. In
<xref ref-type="boxed-text" rid="BX2">Part II</xref>
, we will discuss updates on PID associated with fungal infections and their biological basis in PID as well as non-infectious cutaneous manifestations.</p>
