Abstract

Le lymphoedèmede l'enfant résulte souvent d'une anomalie primitive des vaisseaux lymphatiques. A travers quatre observations colligées dans le service de pédiatrie de Sfax nous essayons de montrer le polymorphisme clinique et étiologique de cette atteinte et de souligner les difficultés de sa prise en charge surtout chez l'enfant. Observation1: Fille hospitalisée à la naissance pour syndrome de Bonnevie-Ullrich associant un lymphoedèmecongénital et un syndrome de Turner. Observation 2: Garçon hospitalisé à l'âge de 13 mois pour lymphoedèmecongénital unilatéral avec atteinte pénio-scrotale, associé à une malformation urinaire (syndrome de la jonction pyélourétérale non obstructive). Observation 3: Garçon âgé de 7 ans hospitalisé pour lymphoedèmeprimitif précoce bilatéral familial de type Meige. Observation 4: Garçon âgé de 13 ans hospitalisé pour érysipèle récidivant. Le diagnostic de lymphoedèmeprimitif précoce unilatéral sporadique associé à une malformation veineuse a été retenu.
