Abstract
Enquêtes épidémiologiques en Ethiopie et dans d'autres pays d'Afrique bien que le mode d'action des sols dans l'induction de la maladie soit inconnu. Les auteurs ont étudié la composition physique, des sols à la fois dans des régions endémiques et dans des régions non endémiques et leur effet sur la viabilité des macrophages en utilisant des systèmes in vitro, les sols des zones endémiques et non endémiques sont phagocytes par les macrophages
