Abstract
7 cas ont été étudiés 2 à 4 ans après débridement, transfert libre de muscle et greffe tardive d'os autologue. Un lymphœdème, un drainage transitoire une mauvaise mobilité tibio-tarsienne, un raccourcissement du membre, une pseudarthrose et un retard de consolidation ont été des problèmes importants. En moyenne les malades enduraient plus de 6 opérations, 2 mois d'hospitalisation et une année de rééducation fonctionnelle
