Abstract

Two patients with lymphedema of the lower abdominal wall in late pregnancy are presented. Prominent tortuous, dilated lymphatic channels were observed clinically. Mechanical obstruction of lymphatic drainage is thought to be the cause. Both patients improved after delivery.

<abstract lang="en">Two patients with lymphedema of the lower abdominal wall in late pregnancy are presented. Prominent tortuous, dilated lymphatic channels were observed clinically. Mechanical obstruction of lymphatic drainage is thought to be the cause. Both patients improved after delivery.</abstract>
