Abstract

Summary: Because of their homogeneity and specificity monoclonal, antibodies are of great interest in experimental and applied virology ; they allow acurate antigenic characterization of virus and study of biological mechanisms of viral infection. Their use resulted in increased efficiency in diagnosis of viral diseases.
