Abstract

Abstract: Neuraminidase “heads” released by Pronase digestion from particles of a recombinant influenza virus (A/NWSHA—Tokyo/3/67NA, HON2) have been purified and crystallised. The crystals are tetragonal with space group I422 and cell dimensions a = 143 A ̊, c = 210 A ̊.
