Abstract
A patient suffering from hemifacial microsomia with mandibular anodontia on the affected side is described. The various surgical and growth-guidance prosthetic measures employed to influence facial development and to correct deformities present evidence that the problems of such patients, even when severe, may be helped. Proper diagnosis and staging of the contributing elements of care are essential components of the treatment plan.
