Abstract
Abstract: A rare case of Trichomonas tenax / Trichomonas hominis and mixed oral bacterial flora in pus from a subhepatic abscess in a patient with a perforated penetrating ventricular ulcer is reported and the possible pathogenicity of the flagellate is discussed.
