Abstract
The quality and dependability of products and of their automated production systems are obtained by the coordination of several experiences : the production system specialist, the control system specifier and the computer-based application designer. In this context, the "regional Council of Lorraine" is sponsoring a federative project which associates eight university research laboratories. The purpose of this paper is to present a part of these researches.
