Ce modèle permet de réaliser une infobox à partir de briques. La brique <nowiki>{{Infobox/Géolocalisation multiple}}</nowiki> sert à ajouter une géolocalisation automatisée sur plusieurs cartes dans une infobox en faisant appel au modèle {{m|G}}.<br />
<br />
Les cartes employées sont différentes, elles peuvent représenter :<br />
* un changement d'échelle l'une par rapport à l'autre (Monde puis pays, ou pays puis subdivision administrative, etc)<br />
* des visualisations complémentaires comme pour les lieux frontaliers où la visualisation se fait sur un pays ou sur l'autre<br />
* un changement de nature comme l'alternance entre une carte administrative et une carte en relief<br />
