Abstract
α‐Diazophosphinsäureester werden auf verschiedenen Wegen hergestellt: Durch Bamford‐Stevens‐Reaktion werden 4a–h, durch Diazogruppen‐Übertragung 6a–d und durch Amindiazotierung schließlich wird 10, die Stammverbindung dieser Reihe, erhalten. In allen Fällen werden die Ausgangsverbindungen (1a–e, h; 3f, g; 5a–d und 9) durch Michaelis‐Arbusov‐Reaktion aus Dimethoxyphenylphosphin und entsprechenden Halogenverbindungen aufgebaut. Der Diazomethylphosphinsäureester 10 addiert sich an Carbonylverbindungen zu den Diazoal‐dolen 12a–c. Mit Silberoxid wird 10 zum Silbersalz 13 metalliert, das mit SN1‐aktiven Halogeniden zu 4f und g alkyliert werden kann.
