Abstract
This article is dedicated to the question of modeling of fish population distribution. The article includes theoretical part and part devoted to numerical estimation by received theoretical expressions. Mechanism of the distribution as a result of response of organisms forming population on the affecting factors is described in the theoretical part of the article. Independent and interdependent influences of factors on distribution were considered. According to this, linear and nonlinear models of distribution were constructed. Numerical modeling describes an influence of magnetic field on sturgeon distribution on the spawning migration routes in the Volga river (Russia).
