Time-updated weight for age Z score <−3 was associated with mortality (<italic>P</italic> < 0.001) independent of CD4%; and <−2 was associated with immunological failure (<italic>P</italic> ≤ 0.03) independent of age at cART.</p></sec><sec id="S4"><title>Conclusion</title><p id="P4">Weight monitoring provides useful data to inform clinical management of children on cART in resource-limited settings.</p></sec></div></front></TEI><pmc article-type="research-article"><pmc-comment>The publisher of this article does not allow downloading of the full text in XML form.</pmc-comment>
