Abstract
Le spoligotypage est largement utilisé pour la différenciation des bactéries du complexe Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Toutefois, l'absence de toute standardisation des méthodes pour la description concise des spoligotypes rend difficile la comparaison entre les résultats de différents laboratoires. Cet article décrit des systèmes non ambigus et interconvertibles pour la description des profils de spoligotypes dont l'adoption sera utile à la recherche mycobactériologique.
