Abstract

Le succès d’un service comme Netflix qui propose un flux continu de films et de séries télévisées sur internet montre un engouement de plus en plus important pour les œuvres en séries. Se pose alors la question de savoir pourquoi notre esprit réagit si bien à une suite de films, une série télévisée ou à des romans en plusieurs volumes. Qu’est-ce qui rend ces récits fragmentés si attractifs ? Pourquoi la division d’une histoire en épisodes fascine tant ?
