Abstract

Abstract: In the 21st century internet is becoming an indispensable element of every person’s life. Frequently internet is the basic source of information. Moreover it enables communication, making financial transactions, shopping, etc. Unfortunately in many cases internet applications and sites are not adjusted to psychomotor and perception abilities of the disabled, the number of which is continuously increasing in Poland and all over the world. Very often the sites and applications are illegible and not user-friendly. The article presents results of the analysis on adjustment of selected Web site and Web browser graphic interfaces to the needs of disabled people.
