Abstract
Objective Quality of life (QOL) is increasingly perceived as an important outcome measure in psychosis. The study aims to identify determinants of QOL at first presentation with psychosis in an Asian context.

The insight scores were inversely correlated with the Physical Health domain of the WHO‐QOL BREF (r=−0.367, P < 0.05).
