Abstract
Résumé: Dans un lot de 198 sérums choisis au hasard, les anticorps anti-HIV-1 ont été recherchés à l'aide de la méthode d'agglutination. Les résultats sont comparables aux résultats obtenus par ELISA, par le test indirect d'immuno-fluorescence et par le «Western blotå.La méthode d'agglutination ne nécessite pas de matériel de laboratoire coûteux, et la durée de l'analyse est seulement de 3 heures.

<abstract lang="fr">Résumé: Dans un lot de 198 sérums choisis au hasard, les anticorps anti-HIV-1 ont été recherchés à l'aide de la méthode d'agglutination. Les résultats sont comparables aux résultats obtenus par ELISA, par le test indirect d'immuno-fluorescence et par le «Western blotå.La méthode d'agglutination ne nécessite pas de matériel de laboratoire coûteux, et la durée de l'analyse est seulement de 3 heures.</abstract>
